Founders Bio
Shai Granot: Founder & CEO; An entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. He founded Effectivate after a family member was diagnosed with dementia.
Anna Izoutcheev: Co-Founder & CSO; Holds a B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Cognitive Neuroscience, both magna cum laude. She is an experienced researcher with extensive expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methods.
Origin Story
The inspiration for Effectivate came after Shai’s personal experience with dementia in his family. Realizing that technology could positively affect brain health and recognizing the limitations of existing cognitive solutions, he founded Effectivate to empower people to cope with age-related cognitive decline.
