Bo Holland, Founder and CEO, is a seasoned entrepreneur with 30 years of experience building software companies—two went public, and one was acquired by Bank of America. In 2004, he founded AllClear ID, leading it to become the global leader in identity protection.
In 2015, he pioneered Open Banking in Europe, developing secure Digital Bank IDs that scaled to 1 billion transactions annually. Now, he’s bringing that expertise to healthcare with Health Bank One, empowering patients with secure, accessible medical records.
Origin Story
When Bo Holland’s son, Ford, was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor, their family faced not only a medical battle but also a broken healthcare system. Struggling to gather and share Ford’s records across hospitals, Bo saw firsthand the need for a better solution.
Drawing from his background in digital banking, he founded Health Bank One to give patients control over their medical records—securely, easily, and instantly.
