About

The Zida Control Sock is the first FDA-cleared, at-home treatment for bladder control issues. It works through a simple wearable sock used once a week for 30 minutes, gently stimulating a nerve near the ankle to help regulate bladder signals.

The device delivers transcutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (TTNS), a proven form of neuromodulation that reduces symptoms of overactive bladder (OAB). Clinical studies show that individuals using Zida experienced meaningful reductions in leaks and urgent bathroom trips, with an 80% success rate compared to a sham device.

Founders Bio

Isaac Oppenheim, CEO and inventor of the Zida Control Sock, is a technical expert in textile development and wearable technology. He holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland and has experience as both an entrepreneur and manufacturing manager.

Origin Story

Isaac Oppenheim was inspired to create the Zida Control Sock after a deeply personal experience involving his grandfather, Erich. After fleeing Nazi Germany at 13 and rebuilding his life in the United States, Erich later experienced a humiliating moment due to incontinence while visiting his synagogue.

This moment drove Isaac to develop a simple, effective at-home solution to help millions manage overactive bladder and regain confidence and independence.
