Founders Bio
Kavi served as a Healthcare M&A Investment Banker for JP Morgan & SunTrust, as a young executive at Northwell Health, and most recently, as the founder of Rose Health, a deep tech mental health platform for the early detection of depression and mood disorders, acquired in 2022. Kavi attended John’s Hopkins University and is an advocate for smarter mental and metabolic health.
Origin Story
In 2022, after receiving a prediabetes diagnosis that took me by surprise, I realized the significant gaps in preventive health screening. This personal experience, coupled with my family's history with type 2 diabetes, highlighted the urgent need for early intervention. Motivated to change the status quo, I founded Hibiscus Health to shift from reactive to proactive healthcare solutions.
