We bring together health records, care plans, social information, resources, documents, and communication to ensure that everyone involved in the patient’s care can access the information they need when needed.
Founders Bio
Stephen was a lawyer and investment banker before becoming a caregiver. Caregiving refocused his goals to address problems in care management. Stephen founded, built, & sold a SaaS clinical workflow company. Now, at HealthHive, his mission is to enable a “community of caring” around the individual by addressing patient and family needs. Stephen is a Board Member of the American Society on Aging.
