1 True Health offers an AI Longevity Platform with a specific focus on Caregiver Support for individuals with AD/ADRD. Our Leadership Team is comprised of healthcare technologists (each with over 35 years of experience) and our Chief Technology Officer founded the Artificial Intelligence lab at AT&T.
What makes us different? Today’s digital health applications are built for the doctor, not the patient. Yet only 1% of the patient’s time is spent with their clinician. At 1 True Health, our AI Longevity Platform is focused directly on the patient and assisting them with care plan compliance and daily task orchestration where they spend 99% of their time: At home. We provide a holistic approach to smoothing out the Consumer/Patient side of the Healthcare Delivery System, thus improving their Life Journey.
Our AI Longevity Platform is comprised of three (3) applications: trueLink (a personal health record), trueLife (AI Virtual Care Companion), and trueCare (patient engagement/outcomes measurement). trueLink and trueCare are in production and generating revenue.
Our technology is different. trueLife is a game changer with respect to Artificial Intelligence. It is much more than a Large Language Model that looks back over the internet and provides a summary of findings. trueLife is a novel AI Reasoning System with an Empathy Engine that orchestrates clinical and everyday tasks on behalf of the patient. trueLife interacts the way humans normally do - verbally. And this Virtual Care Companion informs, educates, engages, and guides health and wellness actions (task management, medication management, movement, nutrition, sleep quality). trueLife visualizes and audibly provides clinical care plan and health/wellness instructions, it has embedded notifications, it provides voice-requested access to available services, and it delivers personalized content and, for the first time, builds a care network around the AD/ADRD patient that includes their loved ones.

Shawn Smith is the CEO of 1 True Health. He has over 35 years of experience in corporate operations, executive management, and sales/marketing primarily in the healthcare, public health, emergency response, and information technology industries. Shawn understands market requirements, has designed strategic solutions, and has managed large-scale operations delivering to the satisfaction of clients.

1 True Health had a Mission to empower an individual to manage their own health record, but COVID changed the way healthcare is delivered. Seniors don't have the information or clinical attention they needed to manage chronic conditions or to access life-saving services. We help Seniors engage and coordinate care with their Care Network (family, service providers, clinicians); our focus today.
