NestWell Health is a one-stop telehealth solution scaling access to aging-in-place expertise.
Through NestWell, an older adult / their caregiver shares home photos to receive a personalized aging-in-place plan made by real occupational therapists. From there, NestWell will support downstream logistics (e.g., home modification, non-medical home care) and provide behavioral coaching.
