Founders Bio
Bennett Kim has over 20 years of senior housing experience. As CFO, CIO and Head of Acquisitions, among other vital roles, Mr. Kim gained crucial industry insights and knowledge to transform the senior housing industry.
A 2006 recipient of Institutional Investor's “20 Rising Stars of Real Estate," Mr. Kim earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
Mr. Kim received second place in the Harvard Business School Alumni New Venture Competition for the Southern California region.
