Caring for an older adult can be a daunting task for caregivers who have to keep track of health records, care planning and coordination, communications, and more. HealthHive is dedicated to creating a “community of caring” for aging adults and their informal care team so they can focus on providing for their loved one. By integrating providers’ existing workflows and systems, they’re addressing gaps in long-term care management and keeping everyone informed, organized, and involved.

While it can be an alienating and challenging experience to go through, you don’t have to do it alone: Rosy is a doctor-recommended mobile application that connects patients and healthcare provers through awareness, education, community, and coaching. Village members have access to social and educational events, transportation, in-home assistance, personal support, and even a concierge service.
