Introducing the Consumer Feedback Program

The Consumer Feedback Program is designed to bridge the gap between innovative companies and their target audience. The program is open to all ATC participants. By participating in this program, you will gain access to a structured process that allows you to collect valuable insights directly from those who matter most: your consumers.

Participants of the program can choose from three feedback methods:

  1. Survey Distribution: Ideal for reaching a broad audience, surveys can provide quantitative data on user preferences and behaviors.

  2. Virtual Focus Groups: Engage in deeper conversations with three groups consisting of 6–12 participants each to explore their thoughts and feelings about your product*, service, or to understand their behaviors toward products similar to yours. 

  3. Virtual One-on-One Interviews: Gain qualitative insights by speaking directly with individual users, allowing for more personalized feedback. During the initial launch of this program, only seven in depth interviews can be conducted per company.

One of the most common challenges companies face is the lack of bandwidth and resources to effectively gather consumer feedback. Many companies find themselves stretched thin, unable to dedicate the necessary time to conduct surveys, organize focus groups or manage interviews. This is why the Consumer Feedback Program is so valuable — it alleviates the burden by providing the infrastructure and support needed to make the feedback process not only manageable but also highly effective. ATC staff will identify the participants, plan out the logistics, and assist companies in the facilitation/distribution of the feedback loops. This kind of support ensures that you can focus on what you do best — innovating — while we take care of the rest.

The Application Process

Applying for the initial round of the Consumer Feedback Program is designed to be as seamless as possible. Applications are open September 5-22 2024 and the process is straightforward: 

  1. Submit Your Application: You will answer a series of questions and provide information about your company, the product or service you wish to gather feedback on, and your preferred method of feedback collection. All applications are due by 11:59 PM ET on September 25, 2024.

  2. Selection Process: After the application window closes, our team will review submissions and select participants based on their alignment with the program’s goals. Notifications will be sent out on October 21st.

  3. Prepare for Feedback Loops: Accepted participants will receive guidance on the next steps, with the feedback loops set to begin in January 2025.
